Thank you very much for being in compliance with the Rockford Diocese Safe Environment Program for volunteers "Keeping OUR PROMISE to Protect".

The Rockford Diocese recently revised TWO of the required documents (Guidelines for Youth and the Norms for Prohibition of Sexual Abuse), which means that you need to update your compliance. Becoming compliant again is very easy: 

Step 1:  Simply Read the YOUTH REVISIONS for 2019 or Read the COMPLETE New Guidelines for Youth and the NORMS Revisions or read the complete Norms for the Prohibition of Sexual Abuse document.

Step 2:  Sign the TWO New Forms and submit it to the Parish Office ASAP

You may return the forms when you come to Mass placing it in the “SAFE” box in the church narthex (or hand it to an usher), you can send it in the mail, fax it to 815-385-0861 or scan and email it to safe@stpatrickmchenry.org.
