Adult Faith Formation is a response to God’s call to holiness. Our faith and life as adult disciples are grounded in developing a personal relationship with Jesus, “the Holy One of God”. Faith Formation helps adults “to acquire an attitude of conversion to the Lord." It leads them to recognize and repent of sin in their hearts and lives, to see reconciliation through the sacraments, and to embrace the invitation and challenge of an ever deepening faith in Jesus. Adult Faith Formation also promotes and supports active membership in the life of St. Patrick Parish. Additionally it calls and prepares us to act as disciples in mission to the world.
Embark on a guided tour of the "Holy of Holies" of biblical theology in Hebrews: The New and Eternal Covenant, an eight-part Bible Study presented by Dr. Andrew Swafford and Jeff Cavins. In this study, Catholics will be able to see, appreciate and take hold of the riches God has given them in the New Covenant. Highlighting the critical distinctions between the Old and New Covenants.
